📄 General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our Shopify store by consumers or businesses.
We do not recognize any deviating terms and conditions of the customer unless we expressly agree to their validity.

3. Offer & Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation by email or we ship the goods.

4. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are in euros and include VAT (where applicable).
Additional shipping costs may apply, which are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

5. Payment methods

Payment is made using the methods offered in the Shopify store, e.g.:

• PayPal

• credit card

• Instant bank transfer

• Prepayment (bank transfer)

• Klarna (if activated)

6. Delivery

Delivery is worldwide, via express or standard shipping (depending on your selection).
The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days within Germany.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
You can find details in our cancellation policy .

8. Return

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
The goods must be returned in perfect condition and, if possible, in their original packaging.
The return costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Guarantee / Warranty

We grant the following warranty periods on our products:

• New goods : 3 months warranty from delivery date

• Used goods : 1 month warranty from delivery date

The statutory warranty remains unaffected.
The guarantee does not apply to:

• improper handling

• Own fault

• mechanical damage

• improper installation or use outside the specifications

In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair, replace, or refund your purchase at our discretion.

10. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

11. Liability

We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

12. Place of jurisdiction & applicable law

German law applies.
For contracts with merchants, legal entities or public institutions, the place of jurisdiction is Betzdorf.

13. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:
