We ship worldwide .

• Germany : Free shipping

• EU countries : Shipping costs depend on destination country and weight

• Worldwide shipping : Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or communicated upon request

📦 Shipping service providers

We work with all major shipping providers, including:

• DHL

• DPD

• UPS

• FedEx

• Hermes

• Freight forwarding for bulk or pallet goods

Choosing a shipping provider is currently not possible. We will select the best provider for your order.

⏱ Delivery times

• Germany : 2–4 working days

• EU : 3–7 working days

• International : 7–21 business days (depending on the destination country)

Express deliveries are available upon request.

📮 Packstations & company addresses

Shipping to DHL Packstations is possible within Germany.
If delivering to a company, please provide the contact person and the correct company address.

🛃 Customs duties and import taxes (outside the EU)

For deliveries outside the EU , customs duties, taxes or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.
Please check with your local customs authorities before ordering.

📦 Partial deliveries

If not all items are immediately available, we reserve the right to ship in partial deliveries – of course at no additional cost to you.
